Concierge Chronicles: The Leisure Palace

This game is my contribution to the 'So Bad it's Good' JAM. Much of the code was created with the help of claude.ai, and the cover image was created with Bing Image AI. You can't tell, can you? :)

About the Game

The game centers around the hotel/casino from 'Leisure Suit Larry in the land of the lounge lizards'. You are the concierge and you have to help your guests with various things. And yes, Larry does a cameo. And a few other characters from Sierra games does a cameo too.

The Story

Step into the neon-lit world of Las Vegas hospitality in this nostalgic point-and-click adventure that pays homage to the golden age of Sierra Entertainment games!

As head concierge at The Leisure Palace, you'll navigate the wild and wacky requests of eccentric guests in true Vegas style. From missing Elvis wigs to broken slot machines, no request is too strange for a professional concierge. Master the art of customer service while building your reputation from rookie to five-star hospitality legend.

Classic Character Cameos: Fans of retro gaming will be delighted by special appearances from beloved Sierra characters! The infamous Leisure Suit Larry makes multiple cameos throughout your adventures, bringing his signature charm and romantic mishaps to the hotel. The QuickiMart shop owner from Leisure Suit Larry 1 appears with his own crisis that needs solving. Most thrilling of all, the notorious Jesse Bains from Police Quest 1 emerges in a high-stakes poker game hidden in the hotel's secret rooms.

Featuring multi-day gameplay, Vegas-themed puzzles, and authentic 90s adventure game aesthetics, Concierge Chronicles delivers both nostalgia and fresh entertainment. Navigate through lobbies, nightclubs, backstage areas, and secret floors while managing an inventory of bizarre items and building relationships with unforgettable characters.

Experience the perfect blend of classic adventure gaming and Vegas excess – where every guest has a story and every problem has a solution!
