Acheron Station
ACHERON STATION
A tense browser-based survival puzzle game where you guide Ellen Ripley through an infested space station as the self-destruct countdown ticks away. Navigate fog-of-war corridors, manage power, and use sound-based distractions to outsmart alien threats.
HOW TO PLAY
DIRECT RIPLEY through the station using door controls (NORTH/SOUTH/EAST/WEST). She moves autonomously when you give her a direction, asking for guidance when she reaches decision points.
MANAGE YOUR SPEED:
- HIDE: Silent but motionless. Aliens won't detect you.
- WALK: Careful movement. Aliens hear you from 2 tiles away.
- RUN: Fast but loud. Aliens detect you from 5 tiles away.
USE DISTRACTIONS to survive:
- DECOY (20% power): Places a sonic lure that mimics Ripley's voice. Attracts aliens from 8 tiles. Lasts 8 seconds.
- FLARE (15% power): Drops at your position. Ticks for 2 seconds then EXPLODES with massive sound. Attracts ALL aliens from 12 tiles for 5 seconds.
- VENT (25% power): Click a room to vent oxygen. Forces all aliens in that room to flee to adjacent areas.
CLOSED DOORS block both Ripley and aliens - but opening them costs power and makes noise that attracts nearby threats.
5 LEVELS OF ESCALATING TENSION
Each level has unique objectives and time limits:
- Find Jones the cat
- Retrieve oxygen supply
- Secure power cell
- Access mainframe data
- Reach the escape pod
Complete levels to unlock the next. Beat your best times.
