Hammer time removed!

A new version (v1.0.1) is out because of a small bugfix regarding the rope... Thanks to Retro-o for the bug report. 

In this version the bug with the rope is solved but unfortunately I had to remove some stuff. Why? Because when correcting the bug I hit the upper limit of stuff in the game, and had to remove something. So say goodbye to the hammer in the garbage bin. It was a red herring anyway so no loss really.
